An Unforgettable Educational Journey Abroad

This year, before Christmas break, our High school and Secondary school had the incredible opportunity to take learning beyond the classroom. The journey was not only enriching academically, but also unforgettable culturally and socially. Our High School students embarked on a remarkable tour across Europe, visiting Switzerland, Lausanne, Geneva, CERN, several cities in France, and Milan. One of the highlights of the trip was the visit to CERN , where students explored the world’s largest particle physics laboratory.

Seeing real scientists at work and learning about cutting-edge research inspired curiosity and deepened students’ appreciation for science and innovation.

In Lausanne and Geneva, students enjoyed the breathtaking Swiss landscapes, clean cities, and rich cultural heritage. The trip also included visits to historical and cultural sites in France, where students experienced French culture, architecture, and cuisine firsthand. The journey concluded in Milan, a city famous for its fashion, history, and art, offering students a glimpse into Italy’s vibrant culture. At the same time, our Secondary School students had their own exciting adventure. Their trip included visits to Switzerland, CERN, and France. Like the High School group, they were fascinated by CERN, where complex scientific ideas were presented in an engaging and accessible way. Exploring Switzerland allowed students to admire its natural beauty and experience a new environment, while their time in France helped them gain a deeper understanding of European history and lifestyle.

Beyond academics, the trip encouraged independence, teamwork, and cultural awareness. Students formed stronger friendships, learned to adapt to new surroundings, and returned home with memories that will last a lifetime.

This international trip was truly a perfect blend of education, exploration, and enjoyment, and it will remain one of the most memorable experiences in our school’s history.
